• REFUND POLICY

    We want you to love your orders, and if anything is wrong with your cake, please message us and we will try to amend the order. Unfortunately, if you are unhappy with the design, colour or decoration of your cakes, a refund will not be fulfilled. The design and colours of your cakes should have been communicated to us clearly - please don’t be afraid to go into detail when communicating with us to ensure you get exactly what you are envisioning!

    All other potential issues with your cake will be reviewed and decided if a refund is suitable for the reason provided.

    Please note that if a cake has already been consumed, we can no longer refund your order.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the day of pickup. Any last minute cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so in advance by messaging us prior to the 72 hour mark.

    If your cake is cancelled within 48hours of your pickup date, this will result in the entirety of your payment being forfeited.

    If your order is cancelled prior to the 72hour mark, a full refund will be issued to you and your funds will reappear in your account 2-3 days later.

  • ALLERGEN CONCERNS

    When ordering with us, it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergens.

    We cannot cater to any gluten free, kosher, dairy free or vegan allergen concerns due to restrictions within our registration.

    Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding allergens.

    Majority of our products contain the following:

    • Gluten
    • Dairy
    • Soy
    • Sugar
    • Egg

    & may contain tracings of

    • Tree Nuts
    • Sesame
    • Peanuts

  • LATE ORDER POLICY

    All orders should be placed within 5-7 days of your event. We strongly advise that you book in advance as there are limited slots for each week. Our bookings close for the weekend on Wednesday evenings at 11:59pm. If you place your order online and we are booked out for that week, unfortunately, we will advise you that your order can not be fulfilled and we will issue a refund. On some occasions, however, we may be able to fulfil your order last minute. Please message us before making an order on our website to ensure this is the case. On some occasions, orders may incur a 15% late fee.
